The law firm represented Plaintiff-Buyer in a civil action between two telecommunications companies, in which Plaintiff claimed $5 million in contract and fraud damages. We litigated the case in New Jersey Superior Court – Chancery Division and in the United States District Court for the District of New Jersey. We obtained substantial preliminary relief for our client on an Order to Show Cause, with temporary restraints, entered in the Chancery Division.
