Gambino v. Gambino (2017)

Our client, Jason, was in a lengthy marriage to Camille, who was mentally unstable and a substance abuser.

The parties had three young children. Jason was nervous that the courts would never see his side of the story. He was afraid a Judge would grant primary custody of the children to Camille, which was petrifying for him.

We helped Jason gain sole legal and physical custody of the three children, as well as the right to relocate out of state with all three children.

We brought in a forensic psychologist to evaluate the family and make recommendations, and a divorce financial planner to help the parties figure out finances.

This was a very difficult assignment due to the family circumstances, which took over 3 years to complete, yet our client and the kids came out of the ordeal very well.
