We’ve recently had to deal with a completely unanticipated legal emergency (false serious accusation that we never anticipated). Mr Isaacs called us back before 8am after we left a message at 7am, gave a thoughtful free consult (recommending we don’t need him yet and likely will be fine and how to handle the situation, but at which point we’d need to seek an attorney's help). When the situation deteriorated very quickly, he was immediately available and stepped in - his legal handling of this unusual situation was exceptional, as was his compassion in helping us understand the process and feel less powerless in it. He helped resolve the situation quickly and efficiently, and we are definitely coming back if we ever had another legal issue. I came to work with Hanan through a trusted attorney's referral. I'm going through a divorce where the (soon to be) ex wife is being irrational and vindictive, using a restraining order as the weapon of choice. I think she has been coached by her lawyer, in advance, on how to use it to her advantage.Hanan was well versed on how to handle it, mediate it and ultimately resolve the restraining order into a Civil Restraints order, which is a 2 way agreement, rather than a criminal guillotine hanging over your head. Now, I can move forward with getting the rest of things settled and things are looking up.

I recently hired the Kingston Law Group to represent me in an appeal hearing that I had before the NJ state Labor Department Tribunal. When I first started calling lawyers to find someone that would take my case, pertaining to a breach of my employment contract, no one seemed willing or able to take my case. Some said it would be to unique or difficult of a case to be able to win. When I contacted Hanan, he listened intently and asked all the right questions. He said that he found my case to be interesting and was more than willing to pursue my case. He was also up front about the possible worst case and best case scenario’s, and of possible costs. He genuinely made me feel confident that this was a case he could handle. Hanan and his staff stayed in constant contact with me during the entire process. I felt more like family than a client. The outcome was favorable to myself and I felt that I had been vindicated. Without Hanan and his top notch staff, I don’t believe the outcome would ever have been as good.

I was unable to retain the services of Mr. Isaacs. Previous frivolous accusations I’ve read about the man providing 1 star rated angry reviews are obviously false narratives because the accuser/narrator did not get their way. My experience with Mr. Isaacs was to the contrary and I, too, did not get my way in the end. I had a small cash deposit in my left pocket that Mr. Isaacs had to have noticed throughout our nearly 3 hour discussion on why he felt my case would lack merit under state law. Although from an emotional standpoint his reasoning was not what I wanted to hear or accept, from an integrity and personal standpoint I was still prepared to pay Mr. Isaacs whatever his initial consultation fee was. I don’t believe I had the full amount in pocket but I was prepared to sign whatever necessary documents to ensure he felt comfortable that I’d return with the rest of his rate by no later than next month. Hanan M. Isaacs did not accept any of my money. Hanan M Isaacs returned my emails personally himself well after hours. Hanan M Isaacs met with me on two occasions. I may not have been able to convince Mr. Isaacs to accept my case based on his experiences versus my experiences as two men from very different walks of life notwithstanding his 40 years as a trial attorney in cases similar to mine. I was 9 when he started practicing law: I had to catch myself from overstating my convictions regarding my experiences. I’d recommend his firm, The Kingston Law Group, over other firms in New Jersey that are truly hellbent only on money. This man isn’t like that. I saw free of charge. I saw a mom and pop family environment where staff can bring their dog to work. Mr. Isaacs was extremely hands on beyond the call of duty I’d expect from other lawyers in practice since 1979. He joked with his assistant that his 40 year anniversary in law is approaching. If I could afford to I’d personally send him a gift card to the finest New Jersey/New York restaurant to celebrate his many years obviously as a successful lawyer with no prior stains. I may be left to continue to seek counsel but I can think of at least two-five poignant pieces of plausible information Mr. Isaacs shared with me regarding my case that I had zero prior knowledge about. This man watched my entire 49-minute DVD. I had a second DVD that might have given clarity on my out of character behavior during the first DVD but I could not have asked him or his very bright attorney/assistant, Tabatha, for another free minute of their time. I can only imagine what he’s like in court. Mr. Isaac’s short commercials on line are indicative of who he says he is. You know how I know? Because I’m who I say I am. Takes a winner to know a winner. I wish whomever is reading this God speed towards your journey towards victory with this fine man as your attorney. Ignore the passages of previous degraders and take my word. He’s still who I’d hire over others in my dual multi-jurisdictional complaint in neighboring nearby New Jersey boroughs.

At the beginning of my decision to divorce my husband, I met with several attorneys in the area, all recommended by friends. Hanan was hands down the best person for my case. I worked with two other experienced lawyers for my post-divorce case before working with Hanan and Misty. The first seemed capable and impressive, but soon passed me off to his less-experienced associate who gave me no real counsel or information to make my decisions. I felt like I was driving with a passenger in the back seat. The second gave sound counsel and was attentive at first, but soon become very unresponsive. Even opposing counsel couldn't get a hold of him. I can only surmise that he was buried under the work that comes with running a sole practice (he had no associates) or he was dealing with personal matters.
I was so desperate at this point that I was ready to forego counsel altogether and let the cards fall. That's when I serendipitously met Misty, who happens to live in my town, through our local copy center. When I sat with Hanan and Misty, it was like a breath of fresh air. They really listened to me, they really got where I was coming from and understood that there is a lot to unpack with divorce law. It's not like patent law; it's sticky and tangled. And they were willing to put in the hard work to unravel it WITH me. They emphasized that we were working on a team. I felt like I had control and power in my decision-making, and simultaneously like I was being wisely advised and directed. They are also on top of things, have the legal answers to your questions, and are tough when called for. I felt quite intimidated by the communications from my ex and opposing counsel, but several times they swooped in with firm words in rebuttal. I felt like I had true protection. Now all this being said, we all worked very hard on this case--very hard, and for the most part it didn't turn out in my favor, but there are many factors that go into the outcomes of legal cases. I know from my experiences with other lawyers and the difference with Misty and Hanan that I got some of the best counsel out there, and I feel good that I gave it my all. I would definitely use them again.

Mr. Isaacs was referred to me by another attorney whom after understanding my case told me he is the best for LTD cases. He was out of my immediate area but after the recommendation he was given, felt it was worth a consultation. He was thorough, kind and spot on with his recommendations and analysis of my particular situation. I knew my case (an appeal) was going to be difficult at best. I needed an attorney that was experienced, knew LTD law “well” and a good listener. His practice and team are professional, knowledgeable, compassionate and caring. Hanan and his associates were very professional while being extremely personable. My case was an uphill battle from the beginning, yet they took a never say die approach to receiving a settlement that was the first of a kind and was a surprise to many. When retaining a lawyer when you have been injured or wronged, is a daunting undertaking. This practice is a great team of people to work when going through some serious hard times. They are very patient and work very hard at getting a good understanding of the facts, they clearly know the law and if they are unsure of something which is rarely the case they'll do the necessary research for the answers..... and in a timely fashion. This situation left me with a lot of stress, questions and uncertainty. I contacted a few law firms before I finally contacted Hanan M. Isaacs, P.C.. They were very prompt and professional. When I went to visit at their office for further consultation the atmosphere and the way they greeted me made me feel like a very important client and took consideration for any conditions I had at the time. After the meeting we mutually decided to work with each other and hired them for my case and have not had any regrets thus far. They contact me as needed and get back to me very quickly if I have any questions. Everything since then has been smooth and it's great to have all that stress alleviated off my shoulders.

Hanan is a very compassionate attorney, and also a tough one. He worked with me during an incredibly difficult life transition. He was always there - nights, weekends, whenever I needed help, he was there. Never pushed me, never told me empty words or set unrealistic expectations. Hanan Isaacs is an intelligent, compassionate, reasonbable and superbly effective attorney. It had come to a period in my life that I was recently widowed, a completely new empty nester, and was receiving pressure from my employer to comply with unreasonable demands, Hanan and I met, laid out a strategy and successfully followed it. I can't say enough about Hanan, but little over a year ago, my life changed for the worse. I was falsely accused, and charged with pretty serious issues. I searched and interviewed several attorneys, and Hanan was the last appointment that day. I was absolutely devastated at some of the advice I had received earlier in the day and was expecting to hear more of the same as I waited to meet with Hanan. I explained the accusations to him and he listened with empathy and got right on the phone and started working on my case before I even signed a retainer agreement; and has continued to do just that. He was very understanding and never once made me feel like this was just another case. He made me feel like this was just as important to him as it was to me. This situation have been a life changing event for me and my family. I'm confident that this matter will be resolved soon. I will not trust my life to anyone else but, Hanan and his team. He was exactly what I needed, a fierce, yet compassionate mediator & negotiator.

I found Hanan to be extremely knowledgeable and helpful in guiding me through the separation process from a company where I worked for 12 years. Additionally he was able to gain a 30% increase in my $ severance package plus increasing the length of time that benefits would be available. I don't think I could have achieved the same result on my own.

Hanan handled an employment law issue for me and did an excellent job. We didn't have much to work with, and Hanan was honest with me about the best approach (Hanan counseled me to avoid litigation as the expense would not be justified). The most important aspect of Hanan's work for me was that Hanan approached my company in the manner we agreed upon: respectfully, cordially, and with the clear intent of coming to a mutually agreeable conclusion. I believe it was this approach that eventually resulted in an improved severance package from my company. Being aggressive or pushy would have most likely resulted in being rebuffed by the company.Hanan was very communicative - as anyone facing legal matters can tell you, having your lawyer check in and let you know that they're awaiting feedback from the other party, that they're working on X and will get back to you by a certain date, etc, is invaluable and certainly puts the mind at ease.Hanan has a great sense of humor and isn't afraid to be himself with his clients - he comes across as very genuine and likeable. For me, this is important as I don't like the wall that some lawyers put up between themselves and their clients. I write to express just how grateful I am to my attorney, Hanan Isaacs. Last year I reached out to approximately 50 New Jersey attorneys, sending a letter to explain my recent employment termination. I strongly felt that I was wrongfully terminated, but wasn’t sure if there were grounds for a lawsuit based on my unusual facts. Of the lawyers who replied, most said how terrible it was that an employer would terminate me under such circumstances, but declined to accept my case based on “no precedent”. Some attorneys expressed mild interest. After I received a return phone call from Hanan Isaacs, I knew I had found the attorney I wanted to represent me. Hanan was so knowledgeable with employment law, and he stayed on the phone with me, researching and discussing how he might approach filing a case for me. It felt great to have him in my corner. Hanan was not only empathic, he was determined to see that I was compensated for what he believed was an unjust termination that caused me extreme hardship. Hanan is not only a very competent attorney, but he is so humane in his approach and how he dealt with me. He never gave me false hope, and he never gave up. In the end, he was able to have the case mediated and settled for an amount that benefited me far more than it did his firm or him. I have worked for the Federal Government for approximately 24 years, and had never had conflicts with anyone. In fact I was one of only a few select "experts" in my field. I dedicated my life to public service and was proud to represent my country as an employee in a critical safety area that involved the flying public. An incident occurred that put me and my first level manager into a conflict and from that moment forward he decided to retaliate against me. I contacted Hanan Isaacs in 2009 for advice on how to proceed with hostile work environment issues and for representation when I was ultimately terminated from my employer for a conflict of interest claim. From the first time I had met Hanan I could tell he was a true professional and committed to helping me. We spent many hours discussing my situation and Hanan was there every step of the way to act as my advocate. My termination invoked a grievance against the Federal Government which ultimately led to an arbitration and 9 days of hearings, During the hearings Hanan testified to what he had personally witnessed as part of the investigation with the Office of Inspector General (OIG) and to how an investigation is supposed to look at factual evidence prior to reaching a conclusion. When Hanan testified it became obvious that his many years of experience as a seasoned attorney added the most value to my hearing and ultimately my winning the case. It was this testimony that made the unobvious to so many in the Federal Government become a matter of fact. I strongly believe that this was a major contribution to winning my case. Bad things happen to good people every day. I would not wish what I had to go through on anyone. However I still believe that anyone who believes strongly in their convictions when events like what I had to endure are worth fighting, even if it is the Federal Government and the odds are stacked against you. I was falsely accused of being domestically abusive. My then girlfriend complained that I did a series of bad acts that were totally distorted from reality. Hanan was able to disect her fable in cross examination without hearing the testimony. He did such an effective job that the judge threw out the case. Hanan told me later that in 32 years in trying these cases, this is the first time that a domestic violence matter was thrown out on the plaintiff's testimony alone. The cross examination that Hanan used helped to discover that my former girlfriend had fabricated other stories that got other people in serious trouble, including with DYFS. I lived under this nightmare for four months, and I am now a free and a happy man. Thanks to Hanan Isaacs and his stellar staff.

Mr. Isaacs represented my wife (this was my first interaction with a lawyer of any kind). I was very nervous as the court date got closer, but in speaking and meeting with Hanan, I was immediately set at ease. He was confident, knowledgeable, and helpful. After contacting other attorneys with no success or, in some cases, even the courtesy of a return phone call, I contacted Hanan Isaacs’ office, spoke to Keith, and immediately felt like I was in capable hands. As my case progressed, it became apparent that I was dealing with professional, caring, knowledgeable, and understanding people who made me feel that my case was their only concern. The entire staff made me feel like family and that my problems were their problems. During the very emotional events of my case, depositions, and meetings with opposing counsel and judges, Hanan kept my temper in check with jokes, and sage advice. To Whom it May Concern, I sought Mr. Isaacs’s help with an employment matter that involved harassment and age discrimination at my workplace from my supervisor.
