Bethany, a freight forwarder, was charged on multiple counts of fencing stolen cars in Monmouth County.

She was indicted for theft and other charges. In a period of two years, we negotiated successfully for pretrial intervention with the Monmouth County Prosecutor’s Office.

We were able to demonstrate our client’s factual innocence from the crimes charged. Our client served no jail time, paid no restitution, and will have an expunged record post-PTI.
