April 11, 2015 /
EEOC 2007
Client, a long-time and senior executive and valued employee of defendant company, was deemed upon EEOC’s preliminary review to be a probable victim of discrimination. Client, a white male, asserted that he was passed over for promotion by a much less qualified female employee. Company and client then engaged in conciliation, and client obtained a significant but undisclosed settlement package, although company conceded no liability.
